About ACE
Aaron’s Culinary Experiences (ACE) was founded by the Friedman family in 2017 in loving memory of Aaron Friedman. Aaron was an executive chef whose passion for cooking, creativity, and bringing people together left a lasting impression on everyone he met. ACE serves as a living tribute to Aaron’s spirit, values, and love for community.
Through thoughtfully designed culinary programs and experiences, ACE uses food as a powerful vehicle for connection, learning, and inspiration.
Aaron's Pantry
At the heart of ACE is Aaron’s Pantry, our flagship initiative dedicated to addressing food insecurity with dignity, care, and consistency.
Through Aaron’s Pantry, ACE provides fresh, nutritious meals and essential food support to families and individuals facing hardship throughout Los Angeles and beyond. Support reaches private homes, seniors, individuals dealing with illness, and families navigating difficult transitions.
Over the years Aaron’s Pantry and related initiatives have:

Distributed tens of thousands of fresh, nutritious meals to families and individuals in need

Provided hundreds of Thanksgiving meals and food gift cards to local families
-
Organized a Holiday Toy Drive to ensure children experienced joy and warmth during the season
-
Continued a meaningful partnership supporting daily meals for families in Israel

Offered ongoing support to vulnerable individuals with warmth and dignity

ACE Events brings people together through meaningful culinary experiences that inspire learning, celebration, and connection.
From hands-on programs for children and teens to enriching events for adults and seniors, ACE Events infuse food with purpose, creating moments that uplift individuals and strengthen community bonds.

As we move into 2026, we remain deeply committed to expanding our impact and responding to need wherever it exists. With your support, we look forward to continuing and strengthening all ACE programs with renewed energy and purpose.
