About ACE
Aaron’s Culinary Experiences (ACE) was founded by the Friedman family in 2017 in loving memory of Aaron Friedman. Aaron was an executive chef whose love of cooking and helping others was legendary. ACE programs serve as a fitting and everlasting tribute to this very special young man.
With our two unique divisions, ACE Cares and ACE Events, our impact is stronger and wider than ever.
ACE Cares
ACE Cares is an incredible group of volunteers throughout Los Angeles, working with ACE to provide assistance and friendship to those in need due to loneliness, mental or physical illness, hunger, the passing of a loved one and so much more. With services provided to private homes, hospitals and senior centers, ACE Cares is impacting so many in the following ways:
- During 2023, Aaron's Pantry distributed close to 10,000 fresh, nutritious meals to needy families and individuals.
- The Thanksgiving Project provides meals and food gift cards to hundreds of families in need.
- A Holiday Toy Drive
- A unique partnership with a Soup Kitchen in Israel serving over 50 families every day!
ACE Events
ACE Events incorporates incredible culinary experiences into learning and community celebration. With programs for kids, teens, college students, adults and seniors, everyone is uplifted and invigorated by ACE programs.
The Future
As we say farewell to 2023, we remain committed to be there in the service of others, in whatever manner possible. And of course, we look forward to being able to continue all ACE programs and activities with even greater enthusiasm.
